Physician Practice Newsletter

Educate | Connect Prevent

In an era when patient education is needed more than ever we find physicians time and resources being stretched paper thin.  Society’s demands on the primary care physician are increasing by the day, leaving less time for each patient visit and making patient education fade into a distant memory.

House Call, MD’s was born out this internal struggle; the desire to share our knowledge with patients in an attempt to help them better understand their health and medical care while concurrently meeting the demands of a busy medical practice.  House Call, MD’s Healthy Dose resolves this internal struggle.  By sharing evidence-based articles about popular health topics written for the everyday individual, you create a meaningful connection with your patients.   You are able to provide them with the valuable education they need to understand their medical care and lead healthy lives without detracting from your busy practice.

Not sure if a newsletter program will make a difference in your practice?

We thought you’d never ask.  As a journal founded in evidence-based medicine, we believe it’s important to offer a service that’s been proven to improve patients’ health.  The studies below support the value of regular electronic communication with patients.

Newsletter Options: You have three options, with increasing levels of customization, when incorporating the Healthy Dose into your practice:

Standard Newsletter: Your patients will receive the standard bimonthly digital newsletter containing 3-4 recently published articles.  Simply provide us with a list of e-mail addresses and we take care of the rest.

Branded Newsletter: House Call, MD can design a uniquely branded newsletter for your practice containing a custom image or logo at the top of the newsletter as well as a short personal message from you.  The newsletter will contain introductions to the most recent articles with links to the full articles similar to the standard newsletter.

Custom-Designed Branded Newsletter: In addition to the branded newsletter described above, you have the option to personally select the articles to be included in each newsletter from our extensive article archives.  This option provides you with the greatest degree of customization but also requires you to take the time to select specific articles twice a month.  More customization and more hands on.

We look forward to working with you in educating your patients and creating a meaningful bond between physician and patient.  Fill out the form below and one of our Physician Liaisons will contact you shortly.
